I am not sure how to supply artwork?
We have a graphic artist on site who can help you through this
What is the minimum quantity we can order?
We will do as few as two but naturally the more you get the more cost effective your order will be.
Can we personalise names?
Yes.
How long will it take to get my order?
We normally allow 2 – 3 weeks
Can we bring in our own glassware or coffee mug?
Yes you can, however some glassware from large chain stores are not suitable for printing. If we break one of your glasses we will not be in a position to replace it.
Can we have a sample?
Yes, however there will be costs involved that will be credited if you proceed with your order. Before production we will send you a visual image, which in most cases is effective. If you are in the area we also stock a large range of samples, feel free to visit us!
Why is kiln-fired important?
Kiln firing, whilst costs a little more and takes a little longer, ensures your product is scratch resistant as the image is literally baked onto the product.
